Well quite evidently I did ..... :lol:

Went to join the local fat-fighters lunchtime as could feel the trousers getting tighter... and I was surprised...

So surprised, that I'll have to check the passport to ensure I am not American..:naughty:

Right - crash diet time........ starting now!
 
Good start fella!

I've managed to lose about 11lb since 10th Jan but without any silly diets and I'll still have the odd takeaway ;)

I really need to shift a few pounds.... had a condition which meant my body's metabolism pretty much stopped - but now it's controlled by meds time to do something about it!

These fat fighting clubs any good? They always seem a little gimmicky.
 
It's scary how it just piles on. A combination of injury and illness have kept me inactive for the past year...really need to do something about it.
 
I do like a good pie. The only way I keep the weight off is running, god help me if I get injured.

If you cut back on your diet and burn a bit more you should be able to shift the weight easily, the trick is not to take it to extremes otherwise you will struggle to stick to it.
