Hi,

I have set up my bike turbo trainer in the garage with a PC running Zwift.

The TV I am using is currently sitting on the window ledge and I am wanting to lower it so that the bottom is just below the double socket and more at eye level when I am on the bike.

The challenge is that the window bottom and profile underneath it give me some limitations and they project by around 90mm from the wall (I'm not going to start cutting these!) as well as me wanting the top of the TV to almost be floating with nothing behind it! Failing this I was thinking of fitting a small shelf for the TV to sit on but would prefer a wall bracket!

The TV will take a Vesa 100mm bracket but which bracket type do I need please? Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Thanks

A Cantilever bracket mounted to the side of the window would probably do, get one which is long enough an will take the weight of the TV at full extension. Would be visible though so maybe not the best.
You could have a floor mounted pole type which would probably look better.

Try this site to narrow it down http://www.bracketfinder.co.uk/ it's who I have used in the past.

We've got the TV in the conservatory on something like THIS. Ours can be slid off the wall socket to bring it into the body of the house when we're away. IIRC, ours came from Tesco during one of their sales. It allows the TV to be moved around, swung closer to you, tiltable, all sorts!

Thanks both

Whilst on the bike last night I had a moment of inspiration(!) I am going to put a piece of wood just above the socket that will be profile to fit again the wood that is on there and effectively create a flat plate to take the bracket.

Paul, I've looked on that site and I think I have found a bracket to use I just need to decide if it is going to be the simple flat one or a tilt and turn type (y)

Thanks again
