Hi all,
ok - so a bit of an embarrassing question but it's actually one I've been meaning to ask for ages. I'm not much of a tripod user but recently have been watching lots of Thomas Heaton's excellent videos on youtube (if you haven't seen any of them then i really recommend you take a look at his channel) and I fancied getting into doing a few landscapes for a change of pace.
So i have a manfrotto 055xprob with a 804rc2 3 way head. It's always been great for what i've used it but I've got this one nagging question!
There are three handles in total, a long one, an ever so slightly shorter one (i think!) and a little one. Am I right in thinking the small goes at the bottom and the large at the top? If so, is there a reason for this?
Or is it simply down to personal preference?
