Which speedlites to get

Hi guys

I currently have two Sb 800 speedlites for my two Nikon camera bodies. The things that bug me is the slow recycle times and the fact they take AA batteries. I use rechargeable batteries and at the last wedding I didn, they ran low on power quite quickly. They're good batteries too. Should I stick with these or go for something else? What do you recommend? Many thanks.
