Which Sauce

I get my sauces from here: http://www.chilliworld.com/SP6.asp?p_id=41

Honestly, you know people who say "I love hot food"? This is beyond that. All proper hot sauces are beyond enjoying hot food. Nobody can tolerate this sauce with any composure.

That's what makes it so awesome. It's mind-bendingly hot, but there's hotter still: http://www.chilliworld.com/SP6.asp?p_id=629

I prefer the taste of this one, although if you have it on it's own, it makes it very difficult to breath. It's actually physically painful.

The Insanity Sauce is a little too much for me, i'm just trying to make my way through a sausage butty covered in Temporary Insanity.....and my eyes are watering!!!!

Oh for sure, it's a little too much for me, too. I wouldn't want to give anyone the impression that I'm not a dribbling wreck for 45 minutes after ingesting.

It just has a peculiar addictive quality to me that I've not found anywhere else. Even in hard drugs!

Speaking of hot sauces, I've got some bhut jolokia chilli plants on the grow at the moment. Not the hottest in the world (any longer) but should be warm enough.

didn't realise they'd surpassed the ghost chilli! blooming heck...good luck with them! I made a chicken phall a few months back with 14 fresh birdseye chillies in it...done in the slow cooker too. Insane to say the least, thought I was going to prolapse the day after!

I'm with you Rob! I use to be a ketchup girl but I prefer bacon sandwiches without. Bacon and egg is the way to go :)

What about sausage sandwiches?

Same rule applies with sausage sandwiches too!!!

Just a bit of nice best butter on it! :D

Yea, the Butch T Trinidad Scorpion stole the crown, but lost it to the Moruga Scorpion quite recently. The breeders have out-done themselves - 2m SHU's from a single natural pepper, i.e. no extract. Amazing really although to be honest the jolokias are a novelty for me - the mainstay of my chilli crop are medium-hot varieties which are within my everyday-eating comfort zone - from memory I think Scotch Bonnetts are the next hottest variety I'm growing this year, considerably less hot than the jolokias (unless you eat 14 of them of course :)).

 That sounds awesome.

Ketchup on bacon, if anything but bacon, I usually reach for one of my many tubs of Baconaise I brought back from the states. mmmmmmm

Out of those two, I would opt for Brown but a bit of BBQ sauce with bacon is the future ;)
