Which modern day Instant Film Camera?

I have a few Polaroid cameras but obviously struggle to get hold of the film. The cost is rocketing as well. I'm considering geting one of the new type of instant cameras. I think Kodak and Fuji make them. Does anyone own one of the modern type of instant film cameras and give me an opinion?

What's wrong with an old film P&S e.g Nikon L35ad....got mine for £1 at a boot sale....great lens.

Mmmm...I don't think you understand what i meant. I want an instant film camera. I have plenty of 35mm and medium format film cameras
 
Do you mean Something like a fuji instax?
It's no Polaroid but it is an instant. Film is relatively cheap too.
They are quite big & heavy, mines awkward to hold as it's so huuuge but good for Polaroid moments :D

Yes thats exactly what I meant......thanks Louise

I have just ordered a Fuji Instax 210. It was only just over £50 and film is plentiful. I am only going to use it for a few experimental projects etc...
 
thought i'd bump this and check if there was anything else worth looking at?
 
font, i think polaroid have a new range of instant stuff don't they? i don't think they're anywhere near the size of the originals though unfortunately.

after some research they do the new 300 and the PoGo, which is a digital camera that prints out straight away :)
 
The Fuji Instax Wide is brilliant. Not pocket sized but cool results. The film is widely available too.
I have 2 'proper' polaroids but they don't get much of a look in anymore

I agree with this guy! Found a Fuji Instax 100 at a charity shop for a fiver a few weeks ago. Bought 20 exposures for about £16 at Jessops then went for a day out in Blackpool taking touristy photos, was great fun! Got them stuck to my wall in my bedroom ^^ I do prefer the wide format of instax film to polaroid.
