I used to shoot in Aperture priority all of the time but since I moved to my 5Dii I made the concious choice to shoot in Manual, now would never go back!
I just find it so much easier now and after a short period of using manual I can look at the situation im shooting in and change the settings off the cuff without shooting a picture, checking it, changing the settings again etc.
What about yourself Julian?

50/50 aperture priority or manual. If I'm working with flashes I always shoot in manual. Otherwise it's aperture priority, I select the aperture to give me the depth of field that I require then make sure the ISO is high enough to give me the shutter speed I want.

with the meter I find manual is pretty easy to use too, just takes longer to adjust settings, so if in a situation where I need to be quick it would be Av or Tv for sure. Manual for more creative stuff.
