I believe it is!

I have the Bamboo Fun medium, which looks like the first product, I got it when they the new model was announced and prices where keen.. I noted that the new product was identical in spec, just squared off styling..

And I really love the tablet, much better then I thought, the size is just right, I had a 30x20 trust tablet which was a bit too big (too much arm stretching for me!), the bamboo medium is as large as I'd want to go, you get the control from having a larger area but can do whole screen swipes comfortably..
 
Thanks Phil...the software package looks good as well...

Might even sell them on to lower the price...!!!
