which lenses would you suggest 50mm macro or 100mm macro, also canon or sigma

I think the EF-S60 from Canon will give you the best value for money.

I have the EF 100mm Macro and I've been very impressed with the quality. The 100mm gives a greater working distance than the shorter focal lengths which is useful when working in natural light.

Ihave the 150mm macro from sigma, its a bit heavy but great fro insect work as you can be that little further away!
