I followed where your link was supposed to go and have direct linked your image here:
Really depends upon what you want to use the cards for. Both cards are of a reasonable speed and both can hold lots of images (The 64GB can hold 4x more than the 16GB though).
Check the SD specification requirements of your camera (in the manual, or Google), I'm guessing that both cards would be satisfactory.
Where you would really start to have to think about the numbers is if you are videoing, especially high bit rate, high resolution video. Or, perhaps if you have a very high resolution camera with high fps and you don't want the buffer to fill.
