I have a nissin 622 which I am looking to return as it doesn't have high speed sync, I have looked at two models in the price bracket (upto around £150) and have come across the Metz 48 AF-1 Digital Flash Unit - Canon Fit or the Sigma EF 530 DG Super Camera Flash - Canon Fit, as I am new to photography I wondered if anyone could pass comment. Being used with a canon 60D and 18-200 lens, in door group shots + poss outside fill in. Thanks all

The Sigma Super is more expensive than the Nissin i866, and the basic version doesn't have HSS.
If you can save up the extra £50 I'd go for the higher grade Nissin. It's probably one of the best flash units for its price on the market.
