As some of you may read I have recently brought a Sigma 150-500mm lens.

I am thinking of buying a filter for it but which is best?

My local Jessops have to order it as it's 86mm.

Amazon do some including Hoya but is it best to go for a UV or a cicular polarising filter. Or do you recommend something else.

I may want it for Saturday so if you recommend any company I'd need it by tomorrow!
 
I'd go for a Hoya circular polariser my self.
 
What do you want to do with the filter.

If it's just to protect the element then get a U/V. Warehouse Express have them and are stating that if you order before 5PM you'll get it tomorrow.
 
I ordered a filter from WarehouseExpress yesterday afternoon. It arrived at 9am this morning! Now that's what I call Top Service.
