I've got a 35 mm enlarger and lots of 645 negs on lots of different film all I need is a goodish enlarger and someone willing to sell one recommendations please
 
I take it you want it for your 645 negs?

Why not get a carrier for your current enlarger?

They usually have a stack of used enlargers, or you could look on good old flea bay there is usually a fair few of the medium format enlagers advertised on there.
 
Hello.

Up to 6x7 format, enlargers are very cheap on ebay, etc.

I want to go up to 5" x 4" and in the UK, these enlargers are still expensive. They seem to be almost giving them away in the US.

If I could afford it I'd have a De Vere, the ones with the base board mounted adjustment wheels. So well built compared to my Durst. I've seen a few go for reasonable prices on ebay but they're normally collection only due to the weight of them.
 
I've tried ebay the trouble is that after 20 emails explaining about living in Ireland, how hard the gear is to find, that I'll pay the courier, getting cleared to bid on uk only auctions I proceed to lose in the last 5 seconds
