I need a second hand compact digital camera for a course I'm going to start in September.
It needs to be cheap but decent - bonus points for looking nice, and have some sort of zoom (doesn't matter what lengths). What I'm specifically after is the common shooting modes I can physically point out (landscape, portrait, macro etc as well as A, P & S?). I come from Fuji X so I can't demo my own camera (as that has manual controls). Ability to shoot raw would be nice but not a "must". Brand is unimportant.
The idea is to show that the camera doesn't matter - it's all about the ability to notice. As well as being able to show the difference (physically) between auto controls and manual.
Budget is £100 - £150 with a preference for around the £100 mark. Any advice?
