Which CF card for a Canon 7D

Alexam - Changed my mind last minute and Upgraded to the 16Gb, in total £53 and that was Amazon shipping again. Didn't pay for the extra postage but already been told its in the post so very happy.

I'm happy with my choice.... even through I did spend a long time making it!
 
Another vote for transcend x400s here, used their SDHC cards previously not had a problem so far and seem to be fast enough for the 7D even if using high speed burst.
