Which cable for this sound trigger?

I got one of these sound triggers: http://www.pmgadgets.com/sound.html

But not sure which cable I need to connect it to a flash.

The trigger unit takes a 3.5mm jack and my (old, from film days) flash takes a standard flash cable... I think it's a 2.5mm jack?

Although it's possible to find a 3.5mm to 2.5mm cable, they seem quite rare.

What am I missing?

Check the trigger voltage of your flash if it's an old one before connecting it to your trigger just in case it's one of those that puts out 300 volts and fries your new toy.

Most old flashes have a pc port rather than a 2.5mm jack, a pc-3.5mm cable is standard fare and should be readily available. I've got a box full of them - if you're down this way any time soon drop me a pm and I'll dig one out for you

Do you know of any cheap-ish flashes with a PC port?

New, something like a YongNuo YN-560 (£60-70), or secondhand, perhaps a Nikon SB-24/25 (£30-40), or you could add an adapter with a pc port to the flash you already have for between £5-10.
