The Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3 Book for Digital Photographers by Scott Kelby

or Lightroom 3: Streamlining Your Digital Photography Process by Nat coalson

:) thanks !

Can recommend Mr. Kelby's book.

Not a book, but have you thought of checking out YouTube and / or iTunes ... there are plenty of free stuff on there.

:plusone: for the Scott Kelby book.

i know perhaps im old but i like to read books and follow stuf :) ok will get that book both look good though !

I prefer the Adobe book by Martin Evening, I find his style a lot less annoying than Scott Kelby's.

Sorry if I sound rather silly but google ???

Thats how I used lightroom 2ish years ago when I got it same for photoshop if I want to do something and dont know how ill take a few minutes to reseach/look at videos then do it was a god send for making tilt shift photos on the cheap.

There are some great introductory tutorials on adobe.tv. Julia Kost does some good ones. It's worth the couple of hours just watching and then thinking before delving into books IMHO (but then I am taught better if you show me visually).
