Which backpack for travelling with Canon 7D + 3 lenses + MacBook Air?

I'm currently using a shoulder bag, which gets uncomfortable on a long day out and counts as an extra carry on bag when flying. I'm heading to the South of France for ten days and am hoping someone can recommend a camera backpack which meets the following criteria:

• Comfortable on a day out trekking
• Holds a Canon 7D, 10-22mm, 24-70mm & 100mm macro
• Space for a MacBook Air 13
• Holds a tripod (external is fine)
• I guess a rain cover would be useful, if the bag isn't waterproof
• Doesn't need to be too big, no point in lugging around a big pack with only 2-3 lenses in it
• Available for Central London pickup or delivery by Thursday, May 22nd

Whilst its a couple of years old now, you can get decent ones at a sensible price, but a Lowepro Computrekker AW, but the tripod is external.
