which A4 photo printers do you use

just wondering which printers everyone uses and what do you like about it as thinking about buying one but don't want to spend mega bucks say max £150

Canon Pixma iP4700.

The latest version is the iP4850.

Comes in at under £100, great quality, fast, does almost everything you'd want it to. Only things I can think of it's missing are 'higher end' features - Wireless or Network connection.

Agreed on the iP4850. Using Canon ink and paper, the colour accuracy is excellent. I expect you could get good results with compatible inks and other paper, but you'd have to play around a bit with the colour balance.

Ip 4600, great quality for the price plus very cheap third party inks.

Kodak ESP 7250
Speed + colour repro good, quiet until it ejects finished page.
VERY economical on inks even when printing best quality.
For some odd reason I seem to get better results with Morrisons own brand photo paper than the proper Kodak stuff.
If, like me, you're on a tight budget this is the one to go for.
