Wheres my mouse ..... ?

I turned the puter on this morning and went to grab the mouse, as you do. Only to find the bare end of some wire ?????

Turns out my 4 year old son had decided to cut the mouses tail off ! and hide the mouse.

I still dont know where it is, I've found a spare mouse, complete with tail in the garage, but thats not the point......

How should I punish him ?
