Mmmmmm, downloading holiday photos at the moment and thinking, how do I sort them to delete etc.....

Do I sort them into days, ie here's what I took Tuesday, here's what I took Wednesday.....

or do I sort them into subject matter ie here's a church, here's another church and another.....here's a sunset, another one of the sunset from a slightly different angle....ah, a door - another and another...a gate now and back to doors (JustDave will come on and relate to this :lol: )

And why did I take so many pictures of our pool. The sun was casting different reflections in a few of them, could this have been the reason?
 
i sort them by day as it makes a day to day log of what i did!
 
Run out of space on my hard drive so can't download them all after all :(

Might have to get husband to pick me up a terabyte one from PC World

But I see what you mean by day, in the past I have done pictures by day and also pictures by subject. I have kept a diary log type thing to say where we went too

Hi Kelly! Can't believe you are home already!?!?!?! Did you have a good one? :)
 
I know, it went so quickly, we had a great time thanks. JustDave and JustJulie came over to our apartments for a couple of beers on the Sunday night so that was quite fun. Am just copying all my old files to my new terabyte hard drive thingamy and I'll attempt to download my holiday pics on.

Thanks - not sure how to use that function though or am I just being thick?:thinking::D
 
I, too, had no idea of how to use it ... bought it believing there would be a HUGE learning curve. To my surprise, and a happy surprise, it is dead easy. I was up and running within a few minutes of importing my pictures.

There is a trial version, which you can download and try.

Give it a shot ;)
