Where to send a Sigma Art 50 for repair?

Fixation?

Managed to fall on the steps down a cliff and cracked the distance metering window and also somehow sand blew in the air into the focus barrel. AF still focuses but i want it cleaned and replace the window.

Anyone have experiences sending Sigma lenses for repair?

Yep, they were fantastic.
My 70-200 failed sent it off for repair, gave me a reasonable price and warranted it for 12 months.
Had to send it back due something failed they had repaired after 10 months.
No quibble repaired it and sent it back.

Same here, they did have list price for repairs on various lenses on their website.
I actually took mine into them at Welwyn Garden, they gave me a price and time frame,
can't fault them on that

Cheers, have filled out a form for the Sigma.

Lens still works, but it needs to be cleaned more than anything.

The barrel never touched the sand!

Found the repair tariff list, they do say it is subject to inspection but mine was ok, think it cost £130ish
