Wanting a D7200 or D7100 shortly and have a MINT very low shutter D7000 to PX.
Where or who does PX and no, I will not deal with MPB after the last fiasco I had with them, so is there any other honest shops out there that does PX
 
Grays of Westminster (generally low valuations though)
Wex
Mifsuds (can be low valuations ime)
Ffordes
LCE (again low valuations ime)
 
WEX are excellent and give fair prices. Camera Jungle give the least and charge the most!
 
PX is rarely going to get you a really good deal ... since you have discounted MPB why not sell privately, e.g. on TP, and buy your upgrade?
 
I drafted an email with the stuff I was willing to sell, then copy/pasted it into emails to all the above. Got some very different prices! In the end I went with WEX as I was PXing for new gear through them rather than cash. If you're intending to buy new stuff you need to check the prices they're selling at. For example WEX had an X-T2 with Grip for half price and a £££ trade in bonus which made what I was buying much cheaper than (for example) Ffordes. The valuation from Ffordes was better than WEX, but I'd have had to shell out more for the gear I was after.

In terms of "honesty" - WEX were pretty good (they valued one lens better than I did) but importantly, they kept in touch and the whole transfer of credit/new purchase was very smooth. It's not the cheapest option (Grey imports & selling on TP, Gumtree or eBay) but it's hassle free, safe, covered with guarantees and it just works.
 
I've always found Wex to be good and fair.
 
Another vote for Wex, they slightly downgraded my PX lens but to be fair the lens I got from them (in Px) was better than they described, so a pretty fair deal really, hassle free, postage free to and from them.
Now they have combined with Calumet can you not visit one of the shops?

I've used LCE in Gosforth; they would take film stuff that the shop local to me wouldn't. They were fair and have been very helpful with my New Oly set up. Normally, on current kit, I would sell in my camera club.
 
Just sent a PX request into WEX so lets see what they come up with considering my D7000 is boxed, immaculate and has less than 4k shutter actuations, this is against the new D7500
