Where to photograph near Trowbridge?

Hiya,

I've lined up a model to shoot on Tuesday night, but I don't know Trowbridge and surrounding area.

Has anyone with knowledge of the area got any suggestions of some locations that would make a pleasant backdrop for an outdoor fashion shoot?

Interested primarily in pleasant countryside as a backdrop or pleasing buildings. Also might be interested in a grittier disused buildings / graffitti style location for when we lose the light!

I'd take the Bradford-on-Avon road north out of Trowbridge, and head out through countryside for Westwood and even the very chocolate-box Iford. Otherwise, try Tellisford (off the A36 going south, between Limpley Stoke and Norton St Philip), with the countryside and river.
Depends on your shooting brief/wants, of course.
After hours, Trowbridge itself will be grittier, perhaps the car park beneath Asda?

Many thanks again for the advice - we headed out towards Tellisford and stumbled upon the ruins of a castle which were just perfect. After this we tried the Asda car park but it was a little too clean, but luckily found a grottier one a short distance away.
