Where to get frames and mounts?

No end of suppliers for standard stuff up to A4, but for proper big prints where do you go? looking ideally for somewhere online where I can get a range of reasonably priced mounts cut to custom size (or at least have vaguely standard large sizes off the shelf) and some simple frames to match...

I use kaleidoscope for my bespoke framing and mounts... but I wouldn't call them reasonably priced necessarily, but they do a good job.

Is there a way to hang these on the wall without a frame?

I.e. would you attach anything to the back to let you run picture wire, or is only a frame strong enough? Looking at something like a 20x16 mount size.

For one off stuff I use the Picture Gallery in Bedford they are really good, custom mounts are done while I wait and a good selection of frames.
