Where to develop/scan 35mm B&W film?

I've been using Photo Express in Hull to get my colour 35mm films developed/scanned to excellent results, but I spoke to Nigel there who says they don't develop B&W.

Can anyone recommend a good reliable company that will develop/scan my B&W films?
