Where to buy a Nifty Fifty?

Sorry, I know this has been asked a million times, but where is the best place to buy one of these?

I also heard somewhere that the newest one is a MKII? Is this right? If so, what is different to the MKI?

The mk1 is meant to be better as it has a metal bit at connects to the camera (I know there is a proper word for it, my mind has gone blank though) and the mk2 is plastic.

Kerso is usually a god bet for lenses, if nt Warehouse express or check camera price buster...

Warehouse express is over priced for this particular product. Not sure where to get Mk1's but for Mk2's:

Cheapest I've seen them so far is wbessada @ £59inc, he is a trader on the forums but I think he has run out atm. Best to PM him.

Mk. 1's are several years old and indeed have the metal lens mount. Ebay or secondhand. No new ones.

Mk. 2's are the current design and have a plastic lens mount, which I suppose could be regarded as the poorer cousin - but be careful as most people are and it shouldn't be too much of a concern.
