Where to buy a 3.5mm to hot shoe adaptor in the UK

I'm after using my skyports with my speedlites, and am therefore looking for a 3.5mm jack connected to a hot shoe on the other end, with a tripod mount or some such underneath the hot shoe.

Oh, and ideally I'd like them before the weekend

My nearest decent camera shop is best part of an hour away, and they don't have any in stock.

I've ordered some online now.
