Yv is right, it is a bridge. When it was built it was also the largest pre stressed concrete span bridge in Europe.

And its a film star, had a couple of helicopters fly under it.....

That's all the cloisters I can think of. Films are no clue - can't remember the last time I went to a cinema!!!
 
Google says Gloucester Cathedral Cloisters was used in filming Harry Potter. Who is Harry Potter?
