Hi

I'm looking for the best priced tape that can be used to join background papers together .. I have a quater roll of white and a half roll so rather than waste any join them ..

Not really. It's just paper and you'll want the join to be away from important stuff anyway.

Double sided carpet tape would be the pro option ;)
