Yes
Cut a long story short.

I purchased a new camera a few weeks ago.
It had a fault so i returned it a few days later for a replacement but at the same time purchased a lens.
A couple of weeks later i purchased another Lens.

Last week the replacement camera went "South" also and they told me to return it once more for a replacement.

The issue i have now is i am pondering whether or not i have just lost faith in the camera i bought.

Problem is i have these other lenses which i bought which will be no good to me.

My question really is this.

Would i be entitled to a full refund on everything i bought as basically due to the faults with the camera nothing was really "fit for purpose"

At the moment everything was purchased less than 28 days ago.
I cant vouch if there is any problems with the lenses i bought as i really havent had any time to test them due to the camera being back and forward.

Entitled? I doubt it on everything. You could probably push for it on the camera.

So it really depends on how good the retailers customer service is and I expect whether you plan on buying a different camera/lens from them.

Usually you can return stuff un-used/un-opened and get a refund, within a certain time limit.

Have a look at their returns policy on their website, see what it states.

Had a look but its just the standard stuff, restock fee etc, but obviously nothing technically worked properly as the camera was faulty.

Where and how did you buy? On-line? mail order? In the shop?

How did you pay? Credit card?

Bought it with my Debit Card from SRS online.
I cant fault them as they have been really helpfull and also they are retailers so its not as if it was their fault i ended up with 2 cameras that had faults.

Don't think you can get a refund on everything.

Sale of Goods Act says you can refund faulty goods for a refund within a reasonable time.
As often, in law "reasonable" is not elaborated on and no specific time is stated. However, since it has happened twice your case must be stronger.
Put your claim for a refund in writing saying the good were clearly not fit for purpose.

Distance selling regs let you cancel an internet/mail order transaction even after receipt, but it sounds as if you will be out of time for that (you'd need to check, but I think its 14 days).

With a credit card the credit card company would probably have sorted you out - but not with a debit card.
