Where can I get photoshop elements?

I cannot find it anywhere. My parter lost my disk to elements 4 so i need to re-buy it, though I will go for the best one I can that's around £70-80

I have looked online and even on the PC world site when I search 'Photoshop' 'elements' and even 'photoshop elements' I cannot find the damn thing.
 
All a bit irrelevant but strange.

From the Adobe UK store it is £71.39 to dowload (449MB) or £69.32 physically shipped in the box. Can anyone think why they would charge more for a download?
 
Apparently the downloads are supplied from Eire where the VAT is 20% (I think), therefore the cost is higher than the physical boxed set supplied from within the UK. :bang:

There was a bit about this in this months PC Pro relating to the new version of Acrobat, also produced by Adobe. Adobe apparantly couldn't or wouldn't say when or why the downloads couldn't be supplied from within the UK.
 
If you can prove you are in education i some form or other,
you can get some good discounts,
that includes Adobe, Mac and Wacom, and many others im sure.
 
I don't really like downloading software I prefer to have the disk, that way if anything goes wrong I can just get it back with the disk. Amazon was only £54 anyway.

Some good deals for those in full time education (or parents of those at school or college).
