where can i get a Canon C Fit tripod collar?

Anyone here bought a Canon tripod mount ring C which fits 70-300mm L and the 28-300mm L.

I tried a none genuine one from Maxim but when it come i could not get it to fasten up on my lens.

Does anyone who has had this problem know where i can get a C fit tripod mount. i dont want to waste my time and money trying another one which dont fit or worse still poor quality which might mark my lens. btw think it unreasonable to buy a genuine one from canon for around £140.

Try warehouse express. I bought my 70-300 L from them and got the Canon tripod mount at the same time. It's very expensive, though.
