Where can I buy a cheapish Light panel?

As per title, where can I buy a cheapish LED light panel, jessops cheapest is £50 and does not come with a charger, google is being little help after half an hour of searching, would preferably like somewhere on the high street

I might be missing something but it's mains powered so why would it come with a charger? Are you looking for a battery powered unit?
