where best to get cokin p adaptor rings ?

I need a 67mm ring for my cokin p filter holder (having changed lenses to a 17-50 f2.8) , now i could do to jessops but my mind rebels at paying 13 quid for a round bit of metal with a filter thread machined on - however i cant find anywhere that does them cheaply apart from ebay dealers with crap feedback

any thoughts

Are you sure you want a 67mm adaptor and not a 77mm.

EDIT :

It's the Tamron lens, not a Sigma or Canon so yes 67mm my mistake.
