Where are people getting these from...?

Ive seen a few peoples pics on Facebook recently... basically its their own pictures, but they have been "superimposed" (?) on things like bus sides and cinema posters and pictures in museums and galleries, they all look really well done too!

Is this a FB application? Or has anyone else seen these somewhere?
