When it falls off a cliff, don't follow!

A man fell off a 60ft cliff when he went to pick up a camera he dropped while photographing Durdle Door. He is one lucky idiot. When it's gone, it's gone. That's what insurance is for. He is lucky to be not seriously injured.

It sound to me more he slipped down a steep slope from reading the brief article, I've never been there but from photos I've seen in the past suggest the topography of the area has some serious grass slopes before it changed to a cliff that sounds like what happened here...

Maybe he wasn't insured, or maybe he just made a really foolish judgement call...the article doesn't really give any details for all we know the camera was just a couple of foot down a grass slope but thinks went wrong very quickly who knows...

I'm just glad he is safe, did the coast guard retrieve his camera too I wonder

been their many times, living so close, their are some steep grassy banks that lead to, well um cliffs
