We only recently managed to get talkphotography registered as a trade mark. It was initially refused and Admin had to go through an appeals process which we eventually won.
Out of interest, how did you go about getting the Trademarking and what advatages does that give you over standard copyright and other intellectual property types?
Defending a trademark is never easy - especially when you are talking about general words such as "Talk" and "Photography". Okay, given that I am guessing that you have registered them as a single line - "talkphotography" (no space) then there is a valid argument that the logo appears to have a space in it.
I note there is no company "Talk Photography Ltd" and so is the Trademark watertight? Hope its not cost too much money.
Just a friendly comment - not sure what you guys are trying to achieve thats all.
There doesnt need to be a Ltd company to protect the trademark, thats what the trademark status is for Individuals have a right to protect trademarks too! hehe
Protection, that's all.
We registered, applied in the relevant categories, paid for it out of our own pockets and eventually it was passed.
