In essence that is right, but 'these days' the dividend taxes make up the employees NI (and are not capped), so you would in effect be saving the employers NI

Well the joiner wants to come and hang some internal doors. As I understand, this is legal.
However, I won't let him come. He is 67 and I am nearly 68. Neither of us have been vaccinated.
I actually can't believe he wants to do this as he has told me several times he can afford to retire anytime he likes.

Depends on the way it is organized,actually. I see nothing badin it when people work while distancing from each other and outdoor shoots are completely fine by me... Not so sure about the indoor ones, but if everyone is safe then why not? Many people depend on this job as photography is their only income, so it's a great luckfor them that the clients are coming.

Not being harsh but the question is do you keep your job or do you maybe die, I know what I'd pick.
Plus I would not just go out to take images either.

Too many people bending the rules to suit their own needs, the bigger picture is that this affects everybody.
