What's your most loved techy camera feature?

In today's age, what would you say is your favourite piece of camera technology that you don't feel you could live without?

I'll go first with Auto FP/HSS. I've always used fill flash for outdoor portraits and because of sync speed that would usually cost those bigger apertures. If you don't know what Auto FP/HSS is, it means that you can use a much faster shutter speed as the flash emits a continuous light source for the total time it takes for both shutter curtains to pass over the sensor (I forget the word for the slit that the two curtains create). The feature uses a lot of power and has a limited range but fortunately covers the majority of portrait distances anyway.

What's your favourite piece of camera technology?
 
I'm not sure if I have a favourite, too many to choose from, but I have found having a tilty screen to be much more useful than I anticipated. I know angle finders have been around for years, but you still need to get your eye up to it to see what's going on. With the tilty screen you can hold the camera high over your head, or low down to the ground (without having to crawl on the floor). It just provides many more options when composing, I'm not sure I'd like to go back to a camera without it now!
 
I'd say it's the thing we all take for granted with digital cameras but has totally changed photography - the ability to review the image on the rear screen immediately after you take it.
 
My favourite no longer exists. I want a return of the eye focus feature my EOS 5 film camera has!!

Some of my favorites already mentioned but one that I love is focus peeking on mirror less systems. Makes using old manual lenses relatively easy and extremely satisfying.
 
eye-controlled focus point selection on my EOS-3. Makes me wonder why they discontinued it when they went over to digital.

My single digit bodies are perfect as they are, except maybe…
the thing I really miss though, is a waist-level finder like on my older F bodies!
This would, of course, imply a removable pentaprism!

I am very sorry that the 37MP I enjoy are not in a single digit body since, though
I use it a lot, I don't dig the D800E so much. You are right… but it would be the
same Mickey Mouse feeling in my paws! I recommended a friend any a few students
to go for this D750 as I think it is a darn good little devil!
 
Just being digital has to be the number one, opened the hobby up to many many more people me included never interested in film. After that its probably EVF on a mirrorless with all the perks that come with it such as focus peaking.
 
Not something I couldn't live without but my favourite techy feature recently is the WiFi and phone/tablet app on my 6D.
 
Automation of so many things! Makes it so much easier but still allows me as much control as I want or need.
 
The ability to change ISO from shot to shot is pretty impressive :D add auto ISO to that and things are getting better and add auto ISO with the ability to dial in exposure compensation whilst keeping a fixed aperture and shutter speed and all I can say is ... WoW :D

And indeed auto iso that takes account of focal length even on zooms.
 
Others have said Focus Peaking and WiFi, both of which are really useful, but I'm going add the 'Digital Spirit Level' in the viewfinder. I must have one leg longer than the other, or something, as my framing is always sloping. One quick glance at the spirit level and I can level it and feel confident about the shot.

Being able to adjust the ISO & Aperture Priority so I don't have to mess around too much with shutter speed!
 
The off switch. Some times to stop, look and just consider, can bring the most benefit to your photography!

Plus the no film, both in terms of deletions and far higher frame quantity without faff whilst shooting.

This. Although amazingly some camera makers still haven't got their heads around implementing this properly.
 
Easy, digi spirit level, manual focus peaking and best of all brilliant EVF, never use screen again, ability to see images/histogram perfectly in view finder in brightest sunlight.
 
ability to review shot after taking it to see if exposure is ok - my camera is very old so takes about 20 seconds to write a shot to sd card so i try to get it right first time
 
Focus peaking, zebras and decent sensor sensitivity.

I'd love if Magic Lantern would add a proper camera knee function or, even better, programmable OETFs.
