What's your favourite smell?

I do enjoy the smell of petrol but I'm probably going to have to say motorcycle exhaust - no catalytic converters so they smell different to cars and bring back many happy memories!

Do your conversations go along these sort of lines? Cos ours do lol.

me: "hey man, I'm just refactoring some code, give me a minute and i'll check it in"
colleage : "you're mom likes to refactor"
colleage 2: "i'll check your mom in"
me: "**** you guys"
everyone: "ha ha ha ha"

Not quite so clever with us...

Me: Dave!
Dave: What?
Me: Your mum

or:

Me: Adam, sort your tuning out, your sharp
Adam: Ok, chill, I'll do it in a minute
Me: That's what your mum said!

Creosote, Newly laid Tar, My dad always smells gorgeous when he comes home after delivering diesel all day. Oddly the smell of buses when they go past but that could be linked to the diesel thing.

Someone in the office has just got a hot chocolate and its driving me nuts.

My mums cooking usually smells blooming gorgeous when I'm walking from the car to the house after a hard day at work. Yes, I know I'm spoilt.

having seen several for Castrol R, at least one more for cordite, hot exhausts, wet dogs, there's something going on trend-wise.

(I wonder if I could replicate Castrol R by splashing some castor oil on the fire?)
