A perfect example of the fact it has nothing to do with the kit, it's just that Canon owners feel naturally intimidated by us Nikon owners they have to resort to insults to make themselves feel better

Having never used a Canon I can't comment, although other than ergonomics I can't see any real difference between them. Both excellent systems which unfortunately I am sure we can all agree, cost to bloody much!!

Hi im all new to Dslr really compared to pthers on here and wanted to get one.so i went out and bought a Nikon D90 after so much searching around in internet.But there seems to be something of a bad stigma when it comes to Nikon.....A few members on other sites have slagged me off cos ive a Nikon..ive been called a Nikon punk to name a but a few.
when you are such a talented photographer, that you can push a decent Nikon or Canon to the limits, and split a hair between them, then listen to what others think. Otherwise, don't worry, they both make superb cameras. 99.99% of the time, the biggest variable is the photographer
