Whats the slowest handheld shot poss?

Just curious what the slowest handheld shot possible is? obviously the shot has to be sharp(ish)

I managed this last night at 1/6 sec

Strangely, the shot is opposite my local

I've done 1/4 at 70mm before, 1/15th at 200mm and i've never tried at 10mm
