It's already arrived.. 65mm wide-angle lens.. :D

Just ordered myself a 7D won't be here for Christmas, but will be here on the 29th!

A haggis and a black pudding.

a course in Wiltshire with Terry Hewlett and a collapsible beauty dish.

ho ho ho!!

The Mrs has bought me a canon 55-250 is as its what I wanted for next years race season. I think its just a way to save money as I would have bought one anyway lol But I am thinking the BIG thing I will get this year will be the same as last year ......

.... the bill lol

santa has to bring suprises - thats the whole point.

Though that said my present to myself is going to be a new computer (or fixing the existing one) as i'm heartily sick of being limited to the work laptop

I've had mine already, a Nikon D7000, 70-300 VR II and a 50mm f1.8 prime.

I tell you, I wouldn't mind a 10-20/2/4mm lens right now... :D

Exactly

Santa will only bring you something if you have been a good boy/girl all year, he won't tell you in advance, you have to wait till Christmas morning, AFTER mummy and daddy have gotten out of bed.

traditional pig's head for dinner

As I get older and my health fails, I wish for another year of mobility to carry on with my love of photography. Happy Christmas chaps and chapesses :)

Under the tree from the kids that I bought is.... A Takumar 50mm f1.4 and a HSA - 2 cable and hot shoe. I have been practicing my, OMG that's just what I wanted surprised face all week.

I was going to buy myself a Tokina 11-16mm, but unfortunately, I fell ill, shower broke, vacuum cleaner broke, Fridge broke, cooker broke, all unbelievably in one week (last week).

Had to spend the money on a new cooker (I need that Turkey :-) ), fridge is being fixed today, Vaccum cleaner has to wait (have an old one), I fixed the shower (only one setting left working).

But l treated myself to a Kata CS-15 shoulder bag (I finally have the courage to carry the camera with me when going out).

Still Merry Christmas to all :-)

A 65mm wide angle lens? Which one is that!?

Alex.. it's all down to the camera you put it on.. with an effective x0.5 crop 65mm is definitely wide-angle on an RB67

For the first time in a long time I have no clue as to what i am getting off santa.
I donot think there will be any camera gear in the sack thoughas I have not asked for any.

Ooooooh i just love suprises

Does anyone know what Santa's definition of GOOD is?

Rudolph in stockings and suspenders.

last year i said i wanted nothing and got it, wont make that mistake again

nothing, due to maternity, paternity and my bonus being screwed over due the couple of retards on our management level who were sacked 4 months ago we can't really afford anything.

Wife and baby will be getting gifts, but tbh, I can go with out for now :)

I'm getting an MP-E65 macro lens and a flash rig for it. Was going to get a 50 f1.8 but I've used it so many times the wife just told me to keep it in my bag. Cant wait to compare the MP-E with my 100 f2.8 L macro. Can't wait!
