Whats out there?

Hi,

I have been looking at what lighting accessories are out there and have some stuff but was wondering what accessories are out there?

Is there anywhere where there is a list of equipment types eg softbox, beauty dishes etc and a list of the advantages/disadvantes and maybe identify typical uses for these.

I realise this is potenially a complexe question but only looking for simple answears.

Anyone help?
