What's happened to onestop-digital?

They don't seem to be updating their stock database, and the prices are more expensive than places like warehouse express and Jessops. I always remember onestop-digital being much, much cheaper than anywhere else!

About the prices, the £ has taken a swan dive. Some stuff is now cheaper here than in the states!

They usually close over xmas IIRC whihc could explain the updates, and yes, its the value of th epound which is making them now look very expensive

I reckon I'm covered on the currency front as I just bought ¢375 Euro's for £1.














Problem is my niece and nephew have eaten ¢200 Euro's already.

A couple of months ago I contacted them about their prices and they clearly indicated that they would not be able to provide competitive prices vs. UK retailers due to the £ exchange rate dropping.

Still, they have some older stock which are a bit competitive ... for example the Nikon 105/2 DC is listed with them for £541, while the same lens is on Camera Price Buster for just over £600. That's a bit of a saving. Just depends what you look for, I guess!
