So I viewed my flickr from another pc yesterday that i wasnt logged into, and was surprised to see a little icon that allows people to buy your image directly off their website?

All my photos are set to be non downloadable but I can't see how they could do this?

I've checked their T&C and i can't see anything about it?

Anyone come across this or know whats going on?

Nick :-)

ok so apaprently im wrong and the option is only where when you are logged in to be able to buy a print for yourself?
very strange!

Offering to provide a service to print your images ... doesn't sound strange :)

I saw that last night when logged on at home. Something like 'Do you want to make wall art from this photo'?

I wondered if it was something to do with what can be seen/done on different operating systems. If I look at Flickr on my work PC (running windows 7), I dont see it, but I did notice it last night using my laptop at home running windows 8.1.

Ive never seen that option. So, does the photographer get a share of what gets bought or basically everything you put up there, could be bought and flickr gets all the green?

It's offering you the print Carl not offering to sell your prints to others :)
