I am just making Toad in the Hole, Carrotty mash, and gravy. Tasty!
I did a shoulder of lamb, which for a change I had marinated in black bean sauce overnight and roasted it off untill all crispy on the outside. Doh!! I am going to make myself a sandwich now with the leftovers,should work well with some picalliliilllly![]()
