What do you make shepherds pie out of then lamb or beef or is it cottage pie?

Do you add baked beans or diced carrot?
 
well the rules are thus...
a shepherds pie is made from LAMB, hence shephed
a cottage pie is made from BEEF because cows live in cottages.

i add nothing to these fair-weather dishes except, maris piper mash

Everyone has the right to express their own different point of view yes, similarly not everyone has the same sense of humour. There are some so called comedy shows on the box that I do not find amusing but obviously a lot of others do.
We can't all be the same.

It is the same in this instance I found the dry humour in this thread amusing other forum members may think it was pointless, only because their sense of humour did not find it amusing.

There was no harm done live and let live it was only a bit of dry humoured fun.

Had nothing tonight as me and the dogs shared a huge portion of fish and chips at North shields fish quay at lunchtime, couldn't be any fresher, straight from the boat to the fish'nchip shop:D
