What... you want me to read the ENTIRE thread?

I was recently admonished for responding to the original post in a thread without then reading all subsequent posts before adding a reply. (which I later did.)

On another forum I've been reading a thread about the Canon 1DS MkII: I've had enough! I'm all fatigued out! I've only read the first 12 pages out of 222!!!:bang: I can't read any more. I've got long thread exhaustion.:bonk:

I think it is bizarre to comment on a thread that you haven't read I have to say. Especially when, on the thread you mention, you jumped to the wrong conclusion.

Don't expect people to read threads, but if they want to add to a debate, I think they should do so from an informed position (i.e. having read the thread) rather than jumping in and saying "I haven't read what the issue is but here's my 2p"
